We built Referso to challenge that system. Referso is an AI career agent that takes over the repetitive and draining parts of job search. It finds fresh, relevant roles, auto applies, and tailors resumes to each description so candidates can spend less time applying and more time preparing for opportunities that matter. Instead of treating job search like a lottery, Referso makes it more strategic, efficient, and human.
Our focus today is on mid career professionals in tech — people who are qualified and motivated but burned out by the endless cycle of applications and interviews. For them, Referso is a way to cut through the noise and finally feel in control of the process.
